With the state of the economy, Justine and I decided to celebrate Valentine's at home by cooking for each other. The 21 day aged T-bone wasn't as tender as expected, so that was a disappointment, but otherwise, it was a nice night.
If anyone has a bunch of wine corks they don't know what to do with, make a trivet!
